Is there a minimum?

Yes. Minimums can be found in the chart below. Installation/retrieval fees do not count towards your minimum. If you do not see your City listed, please contact us.

What other fees should I expect?

Delivery fee based on location and rental amount. Please see table above.

Can I pick up items myself?

Yes. We call this "will call" and there are some select items that can be picked up from our studio in Renton. The minimum for will call is $100 of rentals, $100 as a security fee which will be returned to you after the item is returned, and a will call fee of $25. Will call items can be picked up the day prior to your event and must be returned the day after your event. Please contact us to determine if the item you are interested in is available for will call. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Greater Seattle Area and all along the Pacific NW in Washington State.

How do I reserve my rentals?

Please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch with you to start the design process. From here, we will send you a statement for a non-refundable deposit of $200 to hold your date.   

When is the final balance due?

Final balance is due 1 week prior to your event. You will receive a final statement.

What is the cancellation policy?

$200 deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made above the $200 deposit are refundable for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance. Cancellations made at 30 days or less prior to the scheduled event date will forfeit all payments made.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You should book at least 4-6 weeks in advance but your date is not guaranteed until a deposit is received. 

What is the process?

1. $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and prior to the design process is received 
2. 6 weeks out - designing of signage begins with digital renderings sent
3. 4 weeks out - design is finalized and signed off by you
4. 2 weeks out - seating chart is finalized and sent to me (if applicable)
5. 1 week out - final payment due
6. My team and I will delivery/install/retrieve at an agreed upon time, date, and location of your venue

Business Signage and Semi-Custom Sign

What is your turnaround time?

Turn around time is between 4-6 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, please leave that in the notes section and we will let you know if we can accommodate that. Expedited fees may apply. 

How do we hang up the signs?

Hanging hardware is included with each sign that comes with directions on how to hang. We use Hangman Products Z-hanger which is a French Cleat style hanger. 

Will I get a digital rendering of the sign prior to production?

Yes. We will send you a digital rendering of the options you selected for final approval prior to production. 

Can I make changes to my sign after I see the digital rendering?

Yes. You can request to make changes to your options after receiving the first digital rendering. We will allow one iteration after your first digital rendering. If you would like to make additional changes, change fees may apply. 

Can I do a local pick up?

Yes. Please leave a message in the notes section that you would like to do a local pick up. Our studio is located in Renton. We will be in contact with you to schedule a date and time to pick up your sign. We will then refund you any shipping charges. 

How much is a business sign?

Business sign investments can vary and is dependent on size, complexity of your logo, and types of materials used. Please contact us for a quote. 

Do you install my business sign for me?

We provide installation services for business sign if needed. Please contact us for a quote. 

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of the sign, no returns are permitted.
