I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I was born on the cusp of Scorpio/Sagittarius and love when my birthday lands on Thanksgiving. I have never lived too far from home and I now reside just south of Seattle. I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics but I have always had an appreciation for design and crafts.
Throughout my whole life I have been a multi-interest entrepreneur. Even as a little kid, I would make beaded bracelets and necklaces to sell at my parents’ jewelry stand at local gem shows. People were all too eager to buy from a 9 year old! They found it endearing. Since then I have dabbled in a lot of businesses but the common aspect among them all is that they have been creative outlets for me.
Having a career in the corporate world along with being a wife and mom of 3, I alway needed a craft to fulfill my creative side. When pregnant with my third child, the round nursery name signs were a huge trend and I wanted to make some for my own kids. This led me to scrollsawing and woodworking where I have found my passion in creating custom signs. Names signs turned into requests for business signs which turned into requests for event signs. That was when I decided to start On The Wall Design Studio where I can bring them all together for you!
